SiteAssit Directory

Hi,

I am new to SiteAssit and just tried to generate an Administrative Backend Site.

I had an existing site, and i prepared and directory called /backoffice with a file named index.php in it. I opened it, ran SiteAssist, choose Administrative:All Layout, finished the process, thinking wow, that's a great product !

For sure it is, but how frustrating it was to see my existing homepage was overwritten without notice in the / of the site and all the files were generated directly into the / too !?

I would like to store these files in separate protected directory (via .htaccess) and be able to edit them again. So saving file by file into the directory is not a good solution...

So, is there a way to do this ? At least i would create a subdomain but this is not the best way. The product would have been perfect with a simple field asking where to generate the pages...
