Dear Mr. Office Guy-172461,
WebAssist Community Expert
Before I begin to tell you how unprofessional you sound in your response, I must tell you that I did review the video and it was inadequate for someone like me who is new to the concept.

In your response, you have also mentioned if I was following the PDF document from Webassist, why did I ask you for help. Just so you will know in the PDF document of Webassist, there is no mention of how to create a data base. At least nowhere that I can see!

You have also stated that “if I am not willing to read your advice that you are wasting my time”. Well, when I ran into the first problem while using WebAssist, I did not stop and say that I wasted my money. I must tell your way of communicating with the clients is the ways of a frustrated person who does not like to help people.
Dear Office Guy-172461, if you do not like to assist those of us who need help then you are in the wrong business.

Dear Mr. Mittman,
Thank you for your professional assistance. It helped me a great deal and I was able to create a new database and import .sql file from WebAssist into a new blank database. I will need your help for the next few steps.

Dear Mr. Hankey,
Thanks for your response. It was helpful.
