After Install - Accessing Domain

Successful install, was directed to mysite.com/powerstore300/admin/home.php - and into my sites dashboard, great!

Asked to delete install folder. Silly question, but is that to be deleted from my 1&1 server? Next, thought I'd open a new browser to first test - mysite.com/ Next I tested - mysite.com/admin - In the first test received the following warning and error:

Warning: require_once(global.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/20/d316463428/htdocs/index.php on line 2

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php5') in /homepages/20/d316463428/htdocs/index.php on line 2

In the second test received, error 404! Not Found

I was just following the given instructions - "You can access the PowerStore admin at any time by opening your browser, enter the URL to your PowerStore site (where you uploaded the files to) and append 'Admin' to the end of the URL. Example: http://mysite.com/Admin"

A global.php missing, but how do I fix it?
