CSS Menu Writer Editor Doesn't Show

CSS Menu Writer Editor Doesn't Show

When I click on the script icon next to a menu I created with CSSMW, the editor icon does not show in the property inspector.

However, when I click on the script icon in a page in another site I created with CSSMW, the editor icon does show up in the property inspector. So, the problem seems to be with just the one site.

What might be wrong, and how do I get the editor icon to show in a page where it is not showing?
