I've used powweb.com for most of my accounts but I'm now considering switching to bluehost. What you have to look out for is the extras.

Powweb does not offer dedicated IP and even though they offer an SSL certificate for $49 I don't feel comfortable with an ecommerce site there.

Justhost is $19 per year for a dedicated IP but their SSL is $69

Bluehost is $30 for a dedicated IP and $45 for an SSL.

Powweb is $16 a year for domain renewal. Bluehost offers the domain free for as long as they host the account. I believe justhost is the same.

Powweb parks domains for $16, justhost for $15 and bluehost is $10.

If you have a lot of parked or pointed domains that makes bluehost look good.

I manage one domain on bluehost and found the support good. I have had good support with powweb as well. When I called justhost to ask for details everytime I tried to get to sales it disconnected. I hung on for support and had about a 7 minute wait. When I disconnected from the justhost site it brought up a popup asking me to verify that I actually wanted to leave their site. (The nerve of me>)

I think I'm going to set my next site up on bluehost and I will gradually move my parked domains there as they come up.
