Upgrading site from Powerstore 2

Can you give me some detail on what "custom changes" will be lost when upgrading to powerstore 3. Colors, the sizes of text boxes, added css styles, will this all be lost? The enhanced options is just what is needed for one of my sites but I need to know if I'll be starting from scratch. Even if starting all over on the visual appearance of the site is what is needed, I'm OK with that as long as I don't loose the data base. I plan on creating a test site for anything I need to upgrade. That way I'll see the bad news before messing with the live site. Any info on anyones experiences would be appreciated.
