Updating my email address on Webassist.com Account

I wasn't sure where to post this and apologize if in the wrong spot. I am trying to update my email address on my webassist account. Not sure why it isn't updating. I click on my account and click on update information on the right and then update my email address and also place my password in and click update, but nothing changes. I have tried this numerous times with no luck.

Can someone help me.
