Installation Issues
I'm using bluehost.com hosting, and helping a friend with this site. I uploaded the files right into the public directory (public_html) the address for the website is here:

when i attempt to navigate there in a browser to run the install, I get two errors of a file missing.

I'm using a defined dreamweavers site and traditional FTP uploads- everything seems cool, no errors or incomplete files. I double back and make sure that I've uploaded the EXACT file (install/global.php). As I'm new to this I have no idea what line two indicates. Once again, I get the same message saying the file doesn't exist. I haven't used much PHP/MySQL, so please help. Do I need to upload to a built MySQL database or something? I feel out of my depth.
