Verification email

Hi

whilst awaiting a resolution of a cart failure I decided to test the verification email to find out which clients showed the verification link as a shortcut - thus avoiding the cut and paste option.

Interesting results:

I created the following email accounts and tested the verification email for a link.

Gmail account verification email comes through as a link

outlook express (xp) verification email does not come through as a link
outlook 2000 (Xp) verification email does not come through as a link
windows mail (Vista) verification email does not come through as a link
o2 webmail verification emaildoes not come through as a link
thunderbird verification emaildoes not come through as a link
outlook 2007 verification emaildoes not come through as a link
yahoo web mail verification email does not come through as a link

Perhaps support can throw some light on why this it. But I will modify the page with a cut and paste notice.

Cheers

Ian
