Paypal + Menu

Hi
I have questions about how to change 3 things about Power Store 3:
1) from where you change the color of the footer menu.?
2) How can I change the color of the left menu (product)?
3) When I setup my paypal account and would get checkout, the customer is sent to paypal page. In this way the order is not stored in my database, how can I fix this?

Excuse me if my questions are elementary, but I'm not very good at programming (I'm learning).
