Creating a voting form Post2

What I want to create is a voting form that allows users to vote on pets pictures when they click on the small square picture of a pet and it enlarges to full size. So the pets picture is full size and off to the left or bottom there's little voting form that you check one of the boxes and it sends the results to our database. how they explained to do it in the ribbon_fullsize was to place a form in the fullsize <div> of the index page. in the grid_lightbox I don't see any fullsize <div> so I'm not sure where to start...
