I'd give it a couple of months. By then, the users will have spent their own time and money discovering and reporting the bugs that should have been beta tested out before release. Or allow some extra hours on your development that will simply go down the pan. Certainly don't expect the Sales dept to offer you anything if its more than 15 days after purchase before you use it on a project, or find bugs that lose you hours of your own time resulting from errors in a Webassist product.
