You will need to update the permissions of the user to allow the create view. Here is the info from the FAQ section of the PowerStore 3 support page:

Q: How do I give my Database User Account "Create View" privileges?

A: If you cannot modify the Create View privileges from within your cPanel or phpMyAdmin, you can manually run a SQL script to add this function.

Note: For many shared hosting accounts, this will not work as the Hosting Provider may have disabled this functionality entirely.

Within the SQL script dialog window of your database management tool, run the following script.

GRANT Create View
ON [db name]
TO [db username]

Replace [db name] with your Powerstore 3 database name.
Replace [db username] with your database user account.
