Using Godaddy and email confirmation does not get through to the user.

I have everything working in the User Registration Solution Pack except email confirmation and i'm stumped on how to proceed.

Email confirmation does not get through to the user. No email is received by the user.

My O/S is Windows 7 - Updated with latest updates.
I use Dreamweaver - Adobe CS4 Web Premium - Updated with the latest updates.
I have my domain set up on Godaddy.com.
I left the mail server blank in the globals.php file so it would default to the default mail server.

I checked with godaddy and they say they support the PhP mail() function.

No joy on email confirmation. Any help?
