Do you have a record of the order number for which you have purchased SiteAssist? The order is not showing up under your user, so I am unable to verify that you have purchased the product.
In the ticket regarding the same issue, this was the response:
"Perhaps you purchased Site Assist under another email address?
Do you have a order Receipt containing an order number where I could look up the order for site assist? Once I can locate the account, I can merge the two together, but I will need some more information to find the Site Assist order such as order number or other email addresses you may have used when purchasing Site Assist."
You never came back with a response. Have you been able to locate the order number or receipt?
