eChart 5 problems with non PayPal mode

I am testing eCart5 on a new computer.

Windows 7, 64 bit

You have the URL's in the message.

Using no payment provider option since we do not have Paypal Pro available outside the US and UK.

The button works OK and open the Cart page with this message:
