Paypal extension causing Dreamweaver configuration.js (error3)

I downloaded the extension for paypal and my dreamweaver v.8 now has an error appearing "the following javascript error has occured unable to open script file C: program files\macromedia\dreamweaver 8\configuration\shared\webassist\momento\library\W_A configuration.js (error3)

Also since this addition cannot use copy and paste or Line Break <br> single line space.

I have tried to locate WinFileCache.dat as explained in the help files, but it doesn't come up in search. I am using Vista.

Any ideas of how this can be fixed I would be most grateful.
