Upgrading a site to V2.0

You won't be able to use the images from V1 and since you don't have any products, i recommend that you start with V2 instead of going from v1 to v2.

But if you decided to go with the update then i recommend that you replace your V1 database to a v2 database by running the v2 sql file, and then you could just copy the admin folder from v2 to v1 and then you need to copy the admin.css from v2 to v1. there is probably going to be missing images, so you will need to copy v2 images folder to v1 as well.

But remember that v2 admin section have added functionality that won't show on the front pages, such as options and the added gateway and added shipping.
