UE not getting info from recordset

I have two recordsets on a page that has a DataAssist Insert form on it.

The two recordsets gather email address in different ways. The first (rsFrom) gets the user who is logged in email address by comparing the UserID with the SESSION UserID. I have no problem with that one.

The second (rsTo) gets the email address from a URL parameter from the previous referring page. So that sends over the details of the person you want to send the email to. If I bind all this data on the page it all shows up fine. No problem.

However, when I use the email from the recordset "rsTo" and put that into the "To" field of the UE wizard, it does not get any data. I've tested by putting a real email address in and that got through OK but from the recordset, nothing. I also have bindings in the email body. So it says "Dear (rsTo.Name) you have a message from (rsFrom.Name). The name is printed (from the rsFrom recordset) but the name from the rsTo recordset is not printed.

So it seems that the info from the rsTo recordset has the information stored on the Insert page but does not transfer that info to UE.

I've attached all the relevant pages in zip format.
