Major updates in Beta Build 015

Here is a list of major changes between beta build 013 and 015:

· Deleted coupons still worked. A check has been added and they no longer work.
· The coupon list on the admin dashboard showed expired and deleted coupons. Now only active coupons are shown.
· The Google API key is no longer required in the admin settings.
· Footer links are no longer broken if installed to a subdirectory.
· Authorize.net test URL was incorrect. This has been updated.
· Chart styles were changed to be more consistent
· A check was added to ensure capitalization didn't break images in Linux.
· Field validation messages showed through tooltips in admin settings. They no longer show.
· No map is added if no Google API key is given.
· Usage of [Site:Site Name] for emails is described in more detail.
· Email verification link moved to the top of users_Profile.php.
· PayPal Express checkout button updated to current version.
· Product names are now only listed once on Products_Detail.php.
