Including Hidden Field info in the email output

Including Hidden Field info in the email output

I have a small form on a website using universal email but the client wants certain information to always be present in the emails output along with the visitors fied info.

How can I pass the info in those hidden fields into the emails output? The hidden fields are not present in the body tabs selection.

This is not a multi-part form and after submitted goes directly to the thank you page.
