Power Store2

Last night I purchase PowerStore2, and I’m now trying to understand how to integrate my database to powerstore2.
I already have a database created for my potential client with special options for sizing, colors, that has different options for pricing per size choosen. Also with other table related to the online store. What I need to know is, do you have any instruction for using my own database with powerstore2. Basically, I want to know How much of the front end I can customizable right out of the box to completely redesign it or integrate it into my existing site?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Sharach
