Canadian Shipping Flat Rate ($8) and Free Shipping over $100

My client also wants to offer free shipping for orders over $100. Jason tells me that shipping charges are incremental. This means that you can have 2 or more shipping charges that are all applied at the same time - that each one adds onto the total shipping amount. If you want free shipping over 100, then you need to add a trigger to all of your shipping rules so they only trigger if the total is under 100.

Following the rules I set out above, I want to edit the previous shipping rule that I made.

I will add a second trigger to the array:

Open confirm.php (or any cart-related document that contains the calculation)

Using eCart, double click on the eCart Object in the Server Behaviour Tab of DW

Click the Shipping Tab. Select your rule and click EDIT.

Click +ADD to create the new trigger: (It will appear at the bottom - that's ok for now)
AND SUBTOTAL FOR ENTIRE CART CONTENTS <= 99.99

Use the little UP arrow to move this trigger to the second position. You may want to edit your Rule name to reflect this change.

Click OK and upload the eCart directory. Now, I have $8 flat shipping (based on my previous post) within Canada and if a customer orders more than $100 worth of product, they are charged nothing for shipping.
