CSS Form Builder, Universal Email and Validations

I create a contact from using FB and I email that form using UE. I have noticed that when validations are applied to the form, the email is mot sent. In more details:
1. Creation of a contact form with validations (required fields) using FB>>>Applying the UE>>> form is not sent.
2. Creation of a contact form with validations (there is at least one required field because of the CAPTCHA field) using FB>>>removing validations in DW>>applying UE>>> form is sent
3. Creation of a contact form (there is at least one validation field because of the CAPTCHA) using FB>>>removing the validations in DW>>applying UE>>applying validations using FB (no other changes)>>>form is not sent.
4. Creation of a contact form using FB>>>removing validations in DW>>applying UE>>>applying spry validations in DW>>>form is sent.
I am wondering if I can use FB to apply validations to a contact form using UE?
