blocking with SA

I guess I better start of by saying that this is in the interest of my sites security and nothing else. I have posted a few questions on here with my "just playing around and trying new stuff" site url. I haven't submitted it to any search engines or anything. One post in particular contained my user name and password for my mysql on my local hosttesting server (not the one for my online server). Right before I posted that, I installed a web stats tracker on that site....virtually no traffic at all. Since that post, my testing site has been flooded with hits from South Africa, and the majority have followed the link I posted on here from above-said post.(that is why I suspect someone is up to no-good) I know that there are hackers all over the world, not just south africa...but I also get at least 3 emails a day from folks there with the old scam about their government owing me money...blah blah blah...just give us your bank account and we'll send it right away.

With that said, Is there a way to block people from a certain country from entering my site? I just want to put my mind at ease....it's not like I would be doing overseas business anyway. I don't own your security assist ext...but if it would fix this issue I have.....I would buy it in a second.
