not a valid MySQL-Link resource

This is the error I'm getting on my login page.
Warning: mysql_select_db(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/apiec/public_html/apiec.shellform.com/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php on line 14

Warning: mysql_query(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/apiec/public_html/apiec.shellform.com/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php on line 20

The page is here.
login.php

I first had trouble setting this up in DW. It didn't recognize my connection so I checked all the settings and they seem to be accurate. When I clicked Test, I got this -
"An unidentified error has occurred".
Well that doesn't help me much. So I then copied the login page and files from another site.

I don't know if it's the server I'm on or DW or my files.

Anyone have thoughts?

Thank you.
