I do have eCart3 and eCart4 Web Assist extensions, but I have not used it yet.
How do we combine PowerStore 2 with eCart4 function, is there any tutorial to read?

Relating to date, my assumption, date format will be used in Check Out printout/screen display. But right now in my PowerStore 2 testing environment, I have not set my merchant accounts i.e. with PayPal/Visa/MasterCard so I can't see my "Check Out" screen of PowerStore 2 yet.

Because of this situation, I have another related question to you which is about "Can we set parameter in PowerStore 2 so that it only send email message with detail transaction content to certain email address we assigned when there is a transaction occurs, instead of using any credit card? this is kind of indirect sales situation" Do I need to post this question in a new thread?
