I think it would be best to either work out these things one at a time or have some new threads for the various issues you are experiencing.

For the first problem you are having with the display of your page after adding in Menu Writer do you have link where this can be seen? This would be the most helpful to get a better idea of what the issue is and what should be adjusted to make it work.

The same goes for the second issue you are talking about with the missing images in the list, having a link to the page displaying the problem would be best.

Once we get through these we can jump into the others, or you can create a new thread or two if you want to work on them at the same time.
