In the Form Editor dialog box, look at the second section down where you style the form... click on edit and then you can control the look and feel of both the overall form width, as well as, being able to customize any of the form's elements to your desire.
To have the form emailed to you, you need some sort of script that will process the form's contents that are stored in the "POST" variable and email it. If you have WebAssist's Universal Email, you will be able to do this rather easily with just a few clicks.
