Hard Coded width of Enabled Options box

Replying to the earlier thread, can you tell me how to extend the width of the Available Online: options box and the Not Available Online options box...I can't seem to figure out how to do this.
I can't read what options are which and changing the option category to something shorter is not feasible. I believe it is something to do with the .manage .left and manage .right tags in the admin.css?
