SQL Statement appearing on live page

My SQL statement is appearing at the top of the live page:
We added this code WHERE id = 226 OR ( -1= 226 AND id= -1) so that the detail page would pull up the same id everytime regardless of who you were logged in as - example
directory_detail_public2.php?id=226 We can offer JJ Arena the chance to forward their domain name to their community hotline site using the url.

This live page work displays fine but if you are logged in as another ID and check the forwarding address for www.BlcWell.com forwards to this
directory_detail_public.php?id=560
however intermetintly will pull up another id -
