syntax error and error basic set up

On the confirm page I am getting this error - PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';' in D:\Websites\www.MYSITE\ShopTheHorseMall\confirm.php on line 3

Also, MYSITE is very large and I would prefer to have a separate set of eCart Files for each subsite. I set up a new dreamweaver site in wamp/www/ShopTheHorseMall and used that as the local path - then ShopTheHorseMall as the live connection. The database connected fine... however the eCart files were generated in wamp/www (the root of www NOT ShopTheHorseMall AND some one of the re-directs sent to MYSITE/Accounts/cart_display - Not sure why that happened. What would be the best way to set eCart up for my subsites?
