homepage layout change

All of my sites are built with Site Assist 3. But I recently bought cs4 web premium and upgraded to the Web Designer suite with Site Assist Pro. I realize there's going to be a learning curve but at present, I'm totally lost. I can't figure out how to modify the homepage layout - I'm using the corporate layout (the one with the big sailboat).

Specifically, the image is a mystery. In SA 3, the text to the left of the image is editable. In this version of Site Assist, the text to the left of the image is part of the graphic. Is there any way to edit this text? Maybe I've been spoiled with the Web Assist products from earlier versions. But I really need some help on this issue.

Thanks for any help.
-Matt
