Ray, Thanks for the straight forward answers. The first couple were what I expected, but needed to hear it.

As for the last item (actually, the first of my questions) it is of great concern. I would like to see something in the policy to address this. I know it is not your intention to leave your customers in a lurch - but it is a gaping hole that needs to be filled.

Even with the subscription program people are investing in your software. If you (or another business through acquisition) pull that rug out then that "invested money" should go toward licenses of those products. If we cancel then that is our problem and our money is lost, but if WA (or another business through acquisition) cancels, well - that's my concern.

Sorry for being so cynical but yes - I did come from that other company that Adobe swallowed! I've learned to ask the tough questions :)
