Still getting the error messages

I'm getting the same errors as mikeybabe did in the previous message. I went thru all the fixes in that URL, then went to Adobe's site and went thru a couple more. Still getting the exact same error messages.

The only thing I have NOT yet tried is uninstalling DW and reinstalling. Before i did all that, I wanted to know if there is anything else I can do.

Already have done:

Uninstalled all my WA extensions
Reinstalled only Menu Writer. (3 times)
Deleted the Config folder and recreated
Deleted the Sites folder and recreated
Deleted the Prefs folder and recreated. (big mistake ;-)
