When running the checkout wizard it should have given you an option to store the information in the database and to send an email. Those should still work.

To add one now, add universal email to the page. Instead of changing the form action, instead make the form action go to the confirm page and apply universal email with the trigger of the button you added and a redirect setting to go to the success page.

It will allow you to build the email body in DW and you can cut and paste or use bindings to get the contents from your shipping form.
