Show if quantity is greater than 1?

Hi I am not really familiar with asp but I have one page that I am using the show if empty on a button that takes you to the next page

<%
'WA eCart Show If Start
if (NOT WA_eCart_IsEmpty(WA_eCart1)) then
%>blah blah blah <%
'WA eCart Show If End
end if
%>

So on the next page I need to set it up so that they have to add another item before the next page button will show - so I need to add a code that says show if quantity is greater than 1 but Im not sure how to do it. Does any know how I can code this.
