Alright, I got it to email me the form, but the layout is really weird. I've gone into the editor place to try and edit to make it look better. I even placed everything in a table to try and organize it better, but this is they way it looks....

Content-Type: text/plain

Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

Is there any way to get rid of the Content-Type and Content-Transfer, the <!--- TC: --> thing, and make it look more organized?
