I need help with restrict access

Hi,

I can't seem to figure out how to use restrict access. I have followed the tutorials but it doesn't explain that much. The login page work and goes through to an index page but I can't figure out how to set up restrict access so it only allows users that have logged on. I have uploaded the two pages.
