Change image that's appearing under the blog post headings

You host the website and I had a quick question on the blog page. It looks like for every blog post that I am trying to create (with bulleted points in the summary of each blog), there’s a graph popping up under the blog heading. Is there a way to control (so we can change the graph for each blog post) this?

As an example, a same image/graph appears under the blog headings of second, third and fourth blog posts below:
