Captcha image has disappeared

I seem to have lost my captcha image. It was working fine when and I had added a test new member. Then I created a few new pages with Security Assist Create Security Pages. When I went to test these the Captcha was not there, although it shows up in the Dreamweaver page but not in Live View or Preview in Browser. I brought up my other -working- registration page to test that and it no longer shows Captcha either. I cannot figure out why captcha has disappeared or how to get it back. Any idea what might have happened?

Okay never mind, I went to the live server and downloaded wavt_captchasecurityimages.php and Captcha is back again. I guess creating new pages overwrote this file and somehow killed captcha.
