Menu Writer Error Messages

Hi, I am brand new at this so I am probably doing something wrong, but I can't figure out what. I have created a preset of content and saved my theme but when I try to insert it into either a simple page or through Site Assist Pro, I just get error messages. Site Assist error message is: (wa.generate.menu) Type mm.wa_create process object is not a function.

I am using the latest version of Menu Writer and CS4 on Windows XP

I have no clue how to fix this. Can any one please help? Thanks sooo much!
