TypeError: groupObj has no properties

I have searched the forum and see that there are numerous references to this error but I am posting again as I have tried all of the proposed solutions and they don't work on my computer.

When editing a form us FB I now get this error "Error Initialising UI: TypeError: groupObj has no properties". I have cleared the WinFileCache file, but it still keeps happening. I have uninstalled FB and re-installed it but no change. I have downloaded the Known Issues Support Fix and applied it.

I am using Dreamweaver CS4, updated with latest patches, on Windows XP Pro SP3.

Please can you help ASAP. I am working on a client project and am days behind now. I really like WA products and have found them to be great when working.
