I have all the sudden started recieving error messages logging into my home page

I am the one you helped secure the home page by requiring a password to get in (http://outcomesintl.com/) The web site that is on the server is working fineEverything was working fine until I got this today trying to preview localhost:8080/outcomes/distribute.php. Let me know if you need anything else that will help you help me
