This probably means there is something on the page causing the bindings to error. I'd have to debug it. If you attach the page causing the problem I can try to reproduce from here. If I can't, then I might need to set up a screen sharing session to debug on your machine directly. If you post a US phone number or Skype contact information I can call you and schedule a time to do that.
