Issue with Dreamweaver CC 2018 and bindings panel not reinstalling properly

Just a word of caution to all.

I updated from DW 2017 to DW 2018, then tried to reinstall the data bindings and server behaviors panel. I added via DMX, and tried to follow a completely useless Adobe help video too. DMX says it is installed, but the options are not appearing in the "windows" dropdown menu, and shift-F10 does not bring up any results either.

My chat with Adobe tech support left me with a "wait til Monday" answer, as they need a specialist to look into it.

Please please please take the elements of MySQLi (a wonderful product) out of the clutches of Adobe and give them a separate menu?

My head hurts!
