Erratic behaviour of forms.

I'm not sure I've encountered this before, but on this new project, I have a lot of long forms with lots of radios, checkboxes, text fields and textareas.

In this project I am seeing very erratic behaviour. I create the form, add the controls, associate the controls with recordset values and use server behaviours to update the forms. I go through the forms to test and I'm getting saving sometimes, but not saving the next, but also repeatedly not saving, then I change the form values and still not saving, then blanking out or putting in only one character and saving.... with no rhyme or reason. I've deleted the webassist folder and regenerated the recordset objects and the query files, reuploaded and still the same erratic behaviour. Very frustrating. I've established that every control on the page has saved at least once, but never consistently irrespective of the values I enter into the form.

Has anyone seen/solved this?
