Trouble with PowerStore installation

I am having trouble installing PowerStore. I uploaded the files to a test website and started the installation. When I got to the database part, I realized the web hosting I had, managed wordpress through Go Daddy, was not going to work. The databases are not remotely connectiable according to Go Daddy. So I am now using an economy plan hosting through Go Daddy with a MySQL database, I installed my files in a powerstore folder in the webroot and I can't get the auto-install to run (like I did previously) when I type .....com/powerstore/install. I am getting

File not found (404 error)
If you think what you're looking for should be here, please contact the site owner.

I have deleted and reinstall the files three times from the same source I used the first time where I did get the installation to start. I have checked the files and directories and they look complete. I have made sure /powerstore/install/wizard.php is there.

Please let me know what I might be doing wrong.
Attached is the website and ftp information.

Thank you
