Dreamweaver 64bit not accepting eCart

Managed to install the new version. Only thing is (and I think I might have a breakdown lol) I had a complete crash with the old hard drive although I have backups of all my files and folders. I have reinstalled those folders but when I open any of the sites that have eCart it won't recognise the cart. Have tried it on the 5 sites that have the eCart installed and none of them come up with a cart.- by that I mean the first dialogue at the top of the Add Button to Cart box (see attached). The carts etc are all in the folders as before but I can't get to them. Is there a way of sorting this?
