wishlist cms item

I really like your power cms, but I am looking for something I can pop on static sites and that I don't have to mess with databases. My buddy bought a cms from one of your competitors that does just that, and it is an actual extension of dreamweaver...just one click for insertion...set your password...choose php or non php...and you are ready to add content(after you set write permissions) What I would like is a cms that gives you an insertion tool that allows you to choose whether you are building a php or non php site..if you choose non php site..it would use javascript to insert your data into a div that you choose...the content that you would add through the admin panel would then just be saved in a folder named "database" ..then all I would have to do is set write permissions for that folder. I know I should probably sit down and learn about databases and mysql....but I just don't have time. Plus I have a bunch of sites built already in html that I wouldn't want to have to rebuild just to add a cms.

Also, in my case...1 more feature would help tons. One site in particular I am building has 3 massively huge forms...these forms have like 100+ checkboxes each. I set up the cms area inside of a form so this form can be updated regularly. The feature I would like is that I would like a list of all those checkbox names already in use listed off to the side so that whoever is updating this form doesn't accidentally use the same identifier...thereby screwing up the list. Most of the names I would use would be like ..cpr1, cpr2, firstAid5,firstAid6..etc.
